The Times of Struggle....

Struggle, chapter in every book of life,

The river crossed by the courageous, flooded with waters of plight.

Call it a river, a road or a phase of life,

Where it began, when it ends, no definite timeline.

Facing all the odds and the fierce winds,

Learnt to smile despite fears within.

STRUGGLE!,

My personal coach in disguise,

Knows only to train by beating best of me, everytime.

100 tries, 100 failures, 100 setbacks, 100 errors,

Still ain't enough yet,

To carve out the buried gem within.

The struggle always stuck by my side,

Tried to run, declare freedom, But,

It came back over and bigger than last time.

You resist, it persists,

No other way than facing It.

Dirt all over my face, with all the bashing,

Laughing at self, and again, I am standing.

If success were one hit one wonder, every time,

It would pretty much be a stagnant life.

Have patience, have the courage,

Running, walking or crawling,

Always be on the move.

Keep walking, stop counting the steps,

Success comes through backdoor,

When you ain't looking for it.

Times of struggle will pass-by, before you know it.

The walk of life ain't about records and certificates, or about wins or loses,

You already know inherently, what's life about, when someday you look back and start smiling.

The winner laughs, the fool retreats,

The one who didn't stop trying, learnt the definition of winning.
